Tricia is the most helpful, hard working and the most generous person that I’ve encountered in Valosia county by far! She went above and beyond my expectation to show me the results of the item that I was looking for to purchase. Even though they didn’t have the exact one in their store, she still helped me to locate the right store to be able to find it. I couldn’t believe how much trouble and time she spent just to help me with this question! She is such a beautiful person inside as much as outside and was taking her time to educate me on things that I didn’t know existing! Our previous optometrist shifted to a “virtual” optometrist where an assistant does most of the preliminary and then you “meet” with the doctor virtually and they didn’t advise us of this…shady, so thankfully we switched to Lenscrafters!!
