  I have been a long-time customer, and I continue to come back because of the exceptional service, high-quality products, and professional staff. Every visit has been a great experience from start to finish. The team is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to help me find frames that fit my face and style without ever making me feel rushed.

  The people were very nice, made it easy to buy glasses and the price was decent after insurance. But I found Lens Crafters is not what they used to be. First, no onsite lab to make my glasses in an hour. Two, they should have told me up front when offering insurance, they would not replace one lens if it got scratched. The only choice was fork out $400 to replace both. That is their half price deal they offered me by the way. Normal price $800 they said. Oh heck no, they pay at the most $100 for them. What a rip. So 3 stars for this review; I realize it is my fault I scratched a lens and didn’t get the insurance. And I will not go back to them. I sent my glasses off elsewhere and paying much less.

  I cannot say enough great things about this Lenscrafters location! From my first moment inside, the experience was absolutely outstanding. Tina on the Optometry side was incredibly welcoming right from the start, and Dr. Baldwin conducted a fantastic, thorough exam. When it came time to choose my glasses, Joshua, Bill, and Sherry were phenomenal. Joshua was so cool to work with, and while he was helping me with my adjustments, I knew I was in very capable hands. It was just such a great experience overall. The entire team at this location was highly engaged, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me as I made my frame selections. I couldn't ask for a better experience or a more professional atmosphere. The store is clean, beautifully lit, and offers tons of great options. I would without hesitation recommend this location and will return here again and again!

  If you looking for the BEST customer service with the great person to assist you in finding the exact item that you looking for, hard working and kind, look no further! Tricia is the most helpful, hard working and the most generous person that I’ve encountered in Valosia county by far! She went above and beyond my expectation to show me the results of the item that I was looking for to purchase. Even though they didn’t have the exact one in their store, she still helped me to locate the right store to be able to find it. I couldn’t believe how much trouble and time she spent just to help me with this question! She is such a beautiful person inside as much as outside and was taking her time to educate me on things that I didn’t know existing! She shared with me how to find the right item like no body else will share this specific info with you and I was very impressed! Her kindness and love to help people really shows! and I was amazed how much patient she has to care to share this info with me! She is knowledgable, extremely nice and very friendly that I felt that I’ve met my best friend there, not just a loyal employee that works so diligently to help others. So hard to find an exceptional, giving person like her in any store that you come to buy any thing this days that if I could give her 10 stars rating, I’ll do it in a heartbeat! She’s definitely exceeded my expectation and I left more educated in such new things that I came in there before! I couldn’t thank her enough for what she done for me and she really made my day way much better than it was before I enter the store! She’s absolutely the BEST most pleasant and kind person that I found by far!
