  This location in the Daytona Beach Mall was AWFUL!!! My husband and son went in there today 5/16/26 to purchase me some Meta glasses and they were instantly Racially Profiled by an associate (white lady with an updo & glasses) my husband didn't get her name unfortunately, but as soon as they walked in inquiring about the glasses she instant told them, that if they "were trying to steal them they are not programmed with technology" and lots of "people" were trying to steal them. So, my husband then told her, that was irrelevant to what he came for which was to purchase, she then excused herself to go and help a different customer and left a trainee to assist them, who didnt know any information about the glasses. She was very rude unprofessional and biased. My husband quickly called her out on this inappropriate behavior and she played dumb,but needless to say he took his MONEY to Best Buy and purchased my glasses!! I will never step foot back in that Lens Crafter and I will spread the word to other customers of different races of this experience . I will be reaching out to corporate to report this experience as well! Terrible!

  I’m so grateful I went in to check on my two pairs of glasses lenses, frames, fit and transition activations on each pair. Patricia and the other very helpful staff person waited on me immediately and Tricia just did a Very Thorough job of needed corrections and facial fit on both pairs of glasses I had purchased in January. I am so completely pleased and satisfied. I would highly recommend the LensCrafters in the Volusia Mall. I certainly will go back there for any further eye glass needs.

  Worst experience ever. I placed an order with Monica over the phone for contacts and we agreed upon a price for 1 year of contacts. After I receive my receipt, it's only a 6 month supply. When I call back, they say they can't do a refund and I have to physically drive 45 minutes to the store with the contacts to receive a refund. Monica could care less about the situation. This is the worst experience I've ever had buying contacts.
