From the time I was taken back by Ashley, “saw” the doctor and left with my glasses, it was the best glasses buying and prescription getting experience ever!
Ashley was super knowledgeable and extremely friendly
Chris helped me get my glasses, ran the insurance, and did the purchase. She definitely went above and beyond because I walked out of the store with glasses, freshly edged! I didn’t even know that was possible. I had just asked her how long the turnaround would be and she went and checked that they had my lenses and took them back and edged them herself on the spot! FEELS SO GOOD TO SEE!!
Not to mention their selection of glasses is extensive and affordable. (Make sure to check for coupons through your insurance AND the LensCrafters website). 10/10 will 10000% recommend this place to everyone and will be back in a year for a fresh pair!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They treat you like family and will help you in any way they can. Ask for Kimberly, couldn’t have found a nicer person to help me. And their manager Ashley Jones is damn near a saint for how much she had my back. You will not be disappointed🤙

Horrible! Ordered my glasses on June 1 on- line and asked to have them delivered here. Got an email June 4 stating they were delivered and "Ashley" signed for them. I called the store and spoke to Ashley to confirm delivery. She said they are there, UPS number 1Z9E37A60262277654. I came the next day, no glasses! Ashley said she didn't tell me the glasses where in the store. Then Ashley proceeded to lie again, and said "we aren't affiliated with the online Lenscrafters." Why are YOU accepting the orders? Where are my glasses? $474 later no glasses. The store claims they have no access to the order and did not receive them. I received an email stating they arrived the store on June 4. I called in advance and spoke to Ashely who confirmed they were in store and I could come the next day to collect them. The next day was Sunday and Ashley the manager denied she spoke to me to tell me the glasses where in store. She looked again. I waited 45 minutes on a Sunday while she helped customers and pretended to look around the store. She then finally stated it was some mistake and to wait till next week. She also stated she would have the gentleman working the next morning look into my glasses and call me. No one called. I received another email saying the glasses arrived by UPS on Thursday June 11. I called on the 12th to confirm my glasses arrived. The store could not locate them even though I have an email stating they were delivered to 1700 International speedway Lenscrafters. I got no help from the sales people who told me to call the online store. I asked for the number and was told "I don't know the number." They wont help you here and Ashley will lie to you about your online order. With insurance paying for half, this is a NIGHTMARE. No glasses, no one knows where they area. No Lenscrafters ever again. I will be contacting the regional manager today and if they care how unconcerned and unbothered Lescrafters employees are. Dr Broome on US1 makes glasses on the spot and offers amazing and caring customer service with lovely employees and caring staff.

In the store the experience was great I got my glasses paid and was told that my glasses would be there within 7-14 days. I let them know that if it was more than 7 days we would have to ship them. They didn’t not come in with in 7 days which I expected. The reason I’m giving two stars is the experience I had getting the tracking number. I spoke with Daja on the phone and she immediately became aggressive and unpleasant. She was snippy and defensive for no reason when all I said was “I think I must of written down the wrong tracking number”. On top of being snippy I had to tell her multiple times to stop calling me mam because I am a man. I will no longer conduct any sort of business with this place going forward.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
