  I walked in out of the blue while on vacation and they were able to replace a screw in my son's glasses. Friendly staff that was happy to help. Well I don't live here, I would highly recommend them.

  Lola at the Daytona store went above and beyond helping me choose the right frames for my face. She was very knowledgeable about vision too. She was a great help.

  I had a pair of progressive glasses made in January 2026. not new to wearing them , I was not happy with the reading area of lenses. Was told my reading vision improved. I returned with them in June, I saw a new optical manager. She made an adjustment. New lenses are being made at no cost could not be happier

  I based my selection of where to have my eye exam and purchase my glasses off the selection of frame styles available. Exploring many web sites, I landed at For Eyes. I am so glad I did. First, Dr. Belcher was AMAZING! It was one of the most comprehensive, informed exam I had ever had. Not only was Dr. Belcher personable and pleasant, she made sure I understood WHY my eyes were doing what they were doing and even gave great insight as to why I have such sensitivity to light. Never has this happened in any previous eye exam. The staff really worked as a team and it was very visible. Teresa and Yesica assisted me with getting the frame I wanted (it was not in the store) but they were able to fit me based on like models and get it ordered seamlessly. Yesica helped me find just the right pair of sunglasses and Teresa was there to confirm fit and any other issues I had questions about. I received both pair of my glasses in a super quick turnaround. When I picked them up, Teresa made sure things fit properly and advised on issues I might have since my script changed a bit. Overall, GO HERE! Frame selection is great, pricing is very competitive and the staff is definitely high caliber! Thank you for a great, worry free experience.

  I want to say before I start this rant that Dr. Belcher is AMAZING - that is the only reason that there is more than 1 star in the review. I have gone here for years because she is the best Optometrist I have ever been to. That being said, what ever has happened to this office recently is insane. Over a week ago I booked an appointment for the following Monday. Over the weekend, someone called me and asked me to confirm my insurance. I told them Eye Med and they said "Oh well we'll have to reschedule then, the website is down". I was a little confused, but it was a Saturday so I just told them to call me back to confirm Monday morning. They called again Monday morning telling me "the website is still down" - ok no, the largest Eye Insurance in the country isn't down for multiple days. I argued and she said she would "need to call IT and it would take hours". I never heard back. Later that night I went on their website and rescheduled for Wednesday of the same week. Tuesday night I received a call stating that "there was no doctor available for Wednesday".... I tried to call back. No answer. Left multiple voicemails, no answer. So I went on their website and attempted to rescheduled for Friday, when I could clearly see that Dr Belcher was in the office on the appointment window. Here we are now, Friday morning, and I try to call them to confirm my appointment as well as confirm the insurance would no longer be an issue. No answer. No return call. Finally, getting frustrated, I called the sales side of the store. A woman answered and confirmed my appointment time. I then mentioned the insurance concern and she says "oh let me check". After a few minute hold she comes back and tells me "It's still down, we need a token to log in, and that token goes to an email address we no longer have access to"..... So short version someone quit or was fired and due to poor IT practices and a lack of motivation to help their patients, this office no longer can accept EyeMed insurance until someone stops being lazy and calls to get this issue resolved. Whom ever is responsible for this practice from a management perspective please feel free to contact me to discuss. For now - if you want good customer service and you have Eye Med - STAY AWAY. Oh - one additional note. I had referred my other half here and was planning on moving my kids here from their current doctor because I was such a big fan of Dr Belcher, but unfortunately none of us will be returning due to this poor experience. So someone's laziness just cost this practice 4 patients. Final edit - since Luxottica just posted a survey link in this review. For those of you that don't know Luxottica owns eye care in the US - basically a monopoly. They own both EyeMed Insurance AND ForEyes - so insult to injury, my appointment was canceled because they couldn't bill themselves for my care.
