He had one session, no one followed up with him, and being a teenager, he never scheduled another one. I called to make sure I would not be charged a renewal and two days later my credit card was charged. When I called (twice), I got mixed information from different people and was told I needed to come and talk to the general manager. He told me it was my fault for not cancelling 30 days before, even though he told me during the sales process to come in during March, which I did. My son likes going there on his own so I’m giving it two stars instead of one, but I would never work out at an establishment with such poor customer service.

CAN I USE THE EXISTING GYM AS A FOUNDING MEMBER?
Yes and no. It depends which plan you select!
If you join ONLINE as a founding member of our new location using the PRESALE promo code, you CANNOT use our existing gyms. Membership billing and access to the new gym will begin upon the official opening in Winter 2025. Until that time, no access will be granted to any existing YouFit Gyms facilities, services, or amenities, regardless of membership purchase or payment status.
If you join IN-CLUB at our existing Davie location as a founding member, you can begin using your membership immediately.
