- NJNicole JohnsonJul 20, 20263.0I don’t have any complaints other than it is too windy and sometimes cold in there. I have asked multiple times for them to turn the fans off as I am at the gym to sweat and detox. The fans keep turning on and honestly some days it’s really cold and I feel like I could get sick from my body battling different body temperatures.

Not 1 time have I heard racist AND sexist comments be made until this morning. I have only been coming to this location for 3 months and that is all it took for me to hear a gym member make a comment about “they’re just a bunch of Mexicans” and then shortly after walking over to another gym member who was on a bench asking “why are you lifting like a girl? Your form is just like how women do it.” I am not sure when these types of comments were acceptable to make in public spaces, let alone at the gym. It took everything in me to even stay and finish my workout. It is totally inappropriate and I will be letting people everyone I personally know hear about this so they do not have to sit there and listen to such ATROCIOUS comments being made while we are all there just trying to work on ourselves to become better people.

First and foremost, our existing Davie club remains open as we build out our new location at 8948 W State Road 84. That’s put the new gym just a couple doors down from the existing one.
CAN I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE NEW GYM NOW?

CAN I USE THE EXISTING GYM AS A FOUNDING MEMBER?
Yes and no. It depends which plan you select!
If you join ONLINE as a founding member of our new location using the PRESALE promo code, you CANNOT use our existing gyms. Membership billing and access to the new gym will begin upon the official opening in Winter 2025. Until that time, no access will be granted to any existing YouFit Gyms facilities, services, or amenities, regardless of membership purchase or payment status.
If you join IN-CLUB at our existing Davie location as a founding member, you can begin using your membership immediately.
