From the very first time I walked through those doors, Taliegha made me feel like family. She isn't just someone managing a shift; she is the heartbeat of the whole facility. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted by her incredible, radiant smile that instantly puts me in a good mood. What makes Taliegha so special to me is how genuinely she cares about people. That kind of warmth, kindness, and member-conscious mindset is so rare. You can see how much pride she takes in her work and how much respect her team has for her because she leads with complete professionalism and heart. Taliegha has turned YouFit into so much more than a place to work out—it's a space where I feel truly welcomed and supported. YouFit has an absolute gem in her, and I am so grateful for everything she does to brighten my visits.

It’s upsetting I have been with this gym for many many years and I ended up having to move in an area there isn’t a gym close enough to continue going to which I didn’t know until I last minute had to move. So I called and asked to cancel membership and the gentleman said I have to call their third party financial company ABC Financial Services, okay no problem. Before I hung up I asked if I would have to pay anything to cancel, his response was no. I get on the phone with ABC Financial and all of I sudden I owed $35.67. My payment doesn’t come out until the next day, so I ask if there was way they would be able to waive this one time the next month fee considering there isn’t a gym near me, I’ve been a committed member for years and never have I ever asked anything to be reimbursed or waived. Flat out they said no. I have forked out sooooo much money paid every annual fee never let my account payments bounce. I understand there needs to be solid policies in place but there needs to be exceptions. Just know I will not return to YouFit ever in the future due to this experience.

I noticed after the horrid experience I had with Mason today 2 very well written reviews showed up about him. Let me tell you that they do not reflect the experience I had with him today. I went to this gym this morning and I will never step foot in there again. I live less than 5 minutes away, but I would rather drive 30 minutes to go to a different gym rather than come back here. I really dislike the way I was treated. I went to the gym to try a Zumba class who’s instructor posted on her social media “it was free to ALL today”. I got there and a young lady took my phone number. When she saw I was not a member, she called a man whom I think was a manager. His name was Mason. I told him I came for the Zumba class. I told him I read online it was free today. He immediately told me with attitude “it’s free for members”. I told him I used to go to this gym when it was on the other side of the plaza. I was a YouFit member for years. I have lived in the area of this location for over 10 years. I told him I canceled my membership because the gym did not have any type of classes. Instead of using that information and being nice and welcoming, he started questioning me with an attitude about if I was going to become a member again after the Zumba class, what was preventing me from doing that, etc. All of these questions were with the same bad attitude, basically trying to force me into saying what he wanted me to say. He made me feel like I was only allowed to attend the zumba class if I promised him I was going to become a member after that. When I answered “I’m not sure; I have to try it first”, or “I have to see”, he gave me an attitude cutting me off saying things like “to see what? It depends on what?”. Basically, I felt like I was in an interrogation room instead of a gym. He was not friendly. He was mean and not welcoming. He was just not nice throughout the entire conversation. He took me to the class and after the first song, I decided to leave the class. I couldn’t stay longer than that. I felt completely uncomfortable, very upset, and unwelcome there only because of him. I went to talk to him again and I told him I was leaving because of the way he spoke to me and acted towards me. I want to let you guys know what happened and how I was treated there. I will never return to this gym as long as he works in this location. People like him should not work in a customer service front end position. I won’t stay in a place where I feel forced to do anything and that is exactly how he made me feel. I don’t recommend this gym to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and kindness. I was calm when I got there and willing to have a good time again there after having stopped attending this gym years ago since they have the space to offer classes in this new location, but I regret going there because of the treatment I received from this specific employee. Even if he did not know that the class was free today, he could have treated me like a potential returning member offering to take me on a tour of the new gym since it recently opened or could have been some sort of friendly towards me when I entered. I have to say that the Zumba instructor, Maribel was excellent! She is my favorite instructor and I used to drive up to YouFit - Sunrise just for her class, so when I saw Maribel was teaching here, right by my house I thought, “let me come and see”, but unfortunately the way I was treated by Mason made me feel so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving and have no intention of returning.

5 Stars – Hands Down the Best Gym in Davie! Had to give a review on YouFit during the grand opening of their latest gym in Davie, FL. This place is top-notch with brand new everything including modern equipment, and an open floor plan that actually makes working out feel spacious and refreshing instead of cramped. Every corner of the facility screams quality, from the ample rigs, the free weights, cardio machines, turf area for Hiit sessions, and spacious room for various cycling and group classes. What really sets YouFit apart is their recovery zone. After grinding through a tough session, I've got unlimited access to infrared heat machines, a dry cold plunge, hydromassagers, and massage chairs that actually stretch your body and work out every knot. It's like a full reset between workouts — seriously impressed by the setup. The team here is also top notch. Hercules (the manager) runs a tight ship, and you can tell he's built a team that caters to helping people reach their goals, while giving great customer service. Definitely ask for Mason if you need a tour or anything like training advice, equipment guidance, or just someone who genuinely knows their stuff. He's my go-to for any help or questions and always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend checking them out. You won't find anything better in the Davie area. Definitely worth the switch! Ive been going to youfit davie locatio. For a while now and before they moved to the new location I never had any issues. Most recently once the new location has been open staff members have been critical and directly approaching me about having my shoes off while stretching. Its standard practice to remove shoes while stretching especially on a mat or outside of the main gym floor. Ive been approached multiple times and been threatened to leave the gym although I already have my shoes with me. I understand each gym has their own standard however after seeing other members doing the same thing and when I asked for them to approach them with the same rules they refused and did nothing..at this point I feel like I am being targeted by minding my own business for some reason they feel compelled to approach me. I never had an issues at any other youfit with this and I am an elite member. The two employees that keep approaching me with this are Hercules and Daniella. Update 09/16/26 to 3 Stars feel like the subtle changes of being more welcoming and without any pettiness its going back to the experience I was used to and looking for. Hydro massage is the best here only 2 available and it seems to be getting more popular
