  Dr. Adil Khan, DMD & Dr. Omair Khan, DMD as well as the receptionist over the phone were all great. great customer service and very fast and efficient. I would highly recommend. i would also like to add that they were very accommodating with their scheduling and the office and equipment is kept very clean. 10/10 would recommend.

  It was my first time visiting the office to get some dental work done. The moment I walked in, everyone was friendly. The office was very nice and equipped with new state of the art dental technology. Dr. Khan was very knowledgeable and detailed with his work. I highly recommend!

  During my visit with my family, I encountered an urgent dental issue. Uncertain about consulting a different dental practitioner, I chose to try Davie Designer Dental. This decision proved to be exemplary. From the initial telephone contact to the procedure itself, the experience was exceptional. I felt like a valued patient rather than someone seeking immediate dental treatment. The doctor was courteous and addressed my questions with kindness. Should you require a dentist or face a dental emergency, I recommend contacting Davie Designer Dental. Although the costs may be slightly higher than other providers, the quality of care justifies the expense. I have no regrets regarding this choice. Thank you, Davie Designer Dental, for your excellent care. Update: 8/19/2026- I'm so happy to share that my permanent crown was placed today, and I couldn't be more grateful to Davie Designer Dental. Their work truly is outstanding! The crown looks completely natural—it's hard to tell it's even a crown, from the perfect color to the shape. Wonderful experience!

  I had a very disappointing experience as a new patient. When I scheduled my appointment several months ago, I provided both of my dental insurance plans over the phone. My appointment was rescheduled multiple times—once by me and twice by the office due to provider availability. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was told I would need to pay $50 for my cleaning and X-rays and an additional $100 before being seen because the office claimed they had no record of either of my insurance plans. I explained that my secondary insurance covers these services at 100%, and I had already provided my insurance information when I scheduled the appointment. I was also told that if I chose not to pay the $150 out of pocket, I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee. As a new patient, I found this unfair. I asked to speak with someone above the office manager, but I was told there was no one else besides the dentist, who “doesn’t deal with customers.” Fortunately, the dentist came out after hearing the conversation and agreed to waive the cancellation fee given the circumstances. During this interaction, the front desk office administrator became increasingly aggressive, walking toward me, raising her voice, and rolling her neck in a manner I found very intimidating and unprofessional. While I appreciate the dentist stepping in, the situation should never have happened. Patients should not be penalized for administrative errors, especially after providing insurance information in advance. I left without receiving care and very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I hope the office improves its communication, professionalism, and insurance verification process so future patients don’t experience the same frustration.
