  Nice staff, gym has just about everything you need, and not as overly packed as some of the other local gyms.

  Yesterday I had a very disappointing experience using ClassPass at the gym YouFit Dania Beach.I want to make it very clear that my disappointment is NOT with ClassPass. I use ClassPass almost daily and have had consistently great experiences with the app, studios, gyms, and businesses participating in it. Unfortunately, yesterday I had my first terrible experience, specifically at YouFit in Dania Beach. My mom and I each booked the 6:00 PM Zumba class through our own separate ClassPass accounts. After working since 7 AM, I rushed through traffic and drove about 1 hour and 15 minutes to make it to this class.My mom arrived before me, but the staff would not let her into the class and wouldn’t even allow her to use the restroom while they were supposedly trying to figure out her reservation. She had to leave and find another store just to use a restroom. They kept telling her that she has no reservation. She isn’t tech savvy and she said that me, her daughter, booked it for her. I do it daily for both of us through separate accounts. They kept telling her she cant use someone else account- which she explained she has her own, Im just helping her with reservations so she just comes with me and enjoys the class. When I arrived at 6 PM, I showed them both accounts and both reservations. What shocked me most was that there were approximately FIVE employees at the front, including a manager, yet they were basically staring at us, seemingly clueless about how or where to verify a ClassPass reservation. No one appeared to be actively checking a computer or iPad to resolve the issue. Instead, they just kept insisting that we had no reservations. We use ClassPass DAILY throughout Miami and Broward. Normally, we give our names quickly, the business verifies the reservation, we sign a waiver if needed, and we go to class- takes 2 minutes. I have never experienced anything like this. My mom is older and isn’t very comfortable navigating everything on her phone. Instead of simply helping her, the manager argued with her while our class was going on without us. After approximately 20 minutes, my mom had enough and said she didn’t even want to attend anymore. While we were still trying to resolve the situation, the manager actually mentioned calling security if we didn’t stop. After ALL of that, they finally had us sign the waivers, and we left. We quickly booked another ClassPass class for 6:45 PM about 15 minutes away, hoping to save our evening. Because of the time wasted at YouFit and heavy traffic, we arrived about 20 minutes late and decided not to interrupt that class. Two classes lost. Credits lost. Over an hour of driving. And an entire evening ruined because the staff at this YouFit location could not properly handle two basic ClassPass reservations that had been booked the night before. Again, ClassPass has been wonderful and I will absolutely continue using it. This review is specifically about the extremely disappointing customer service and lack of professionalism we experienced at YouFit Dania Beach. If you plan to attend a ClassPass class at this location, I would strongly suggest arriving at least 30 minutes early in case you encounter the same check-in issues we did.

  Only been here for 1 month and now my balance is $200 lol what a scam, do not sign up at any YouFit believe me theres a catch to the $5 plan when you want to cancel, lesson learn lol

  its a typical chain gym but this gym is especially crudely operated. They don't even have the brain power or work ethic to handle their own club memberships and they contract it out

  I understand that the establishment closes at 7:00 PM, but turning off all the lights at exactly 7:00 while someone is still using the bathroom is a bit of a safety hazard. 😂 I was in the middle of using the restroom when the lights suddenly went out, leaving me to finish my business in complete darkness. Needless to say, it did not go as smoothly as planned. A little warning before turning off the lights would go a long way. I came here to use the restroom, not test my survival skills. 😂
