    Love this gym and the trainers Francesca Sam,Antony and Alvaro are angels,sweet people very friendly and professional they are acknowledge in what workout you need.They greet you when you enter and you leave. No discrimination because of age or nationality. You chose the days that are best for your training. They made this gym a relaxing place to be. To me, I rate this gym a 5 stars due to the employees. They make it excellent 👏 👌 👍 🙌

    Cancellation are a nightmare and will charge you for the next 30 days no matter what The person there didn’t wanted to cancel and she kept saying you need to call the number which i did and they told me to go to the facility There after letting them know what that I wanted to cancel she kept insisting that I needed to call the number I was frustrated as I felt like I was talking to wall the moment I raise a little my voice as she kept lowering hers she said you are screaming at me please leave the premises Then I said Do you want me to scream a little louder. And then everyone starting notice what it was happening the ln she did a print out of my cancelation including a charge for my membership for another month All the trouble to cancel all the hidden fees makes me wonder how they are still in business

    They force you to pay an extra month whenever you want to cancel, calling it a “30-day cancellation notice”. After having to call a different company to hopefully be transferred to someone who will cancel. Friends and family have been overcharged here. Youfit will leave their email under this review to show how much they don’t care.

    I am filing a complaint regarding my experience with a YouFit representative named Mark. During my interaction, Mark was unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful while attempting to address my concerns. Instead of properly assisting me, he repeatedly interrupted me, failed to provide clear answers, and did not make a genuine effort to resolve the issue. The interaction left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided. As a paying customer, I expect respectful communication and proper assistance when contacting customer support. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic customer service standards. I am requesting that YouFit review this interaction, address the conduct of the representative involved, and provide a proper resolution to my concerns. I also recommend additional customer service training to ensure future customers are treated professionally and respectfully. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred today at a Youfit Health Clubs location involving two employees, Autumn and Jackie. I arrived with my fiancé to activate a 3-day guest pass. Upon entering, Autumn was immediately unwelcoming and directed us to sign in on a guest device, despite me already being a member who had checked in. When we attempted to proceed, Autumn requested my fiancé’s ID and stated that because the address listed was not considered “local,” she would not activate the pass. I explained that we currently live approximately five minutes away and are in the process of updating his ID. Despite this, she insisted that I provide a lease agreement, which is an excessive and unusual requirement that I have never encountered at any Youfit location. After leaving, I called the gym to speak with a general manager. Autumn informed me that no manager was present and that Jackie would not be available until later in the afternoon. She also provided me with an incorrect email address when I requested corporate contact information. I returned with my lease agreement to resolve the issue. At that point, Jackie appeared—contradicting what I had just been told over the phone. Jackie repeated the same vague reasoning about “local residency” but could not clearly define any mileage radius or policy. After I showed proof of residency, she agreed to activate the pass. As this was happening, my fiancé simply expressed frustration by asking why the process had been so difficult. In response, Jackie immediately escalated the situation, labeled him as argumentative, refused service, and threatened to call the police, even stating that we were trespassing. This escalation was completely unnecessary and disproportionate to the situation. At no point were we aggressive, disruptive, or non-compliant. We were attempting to follow the process and provide the documentation that was requested. Additionally, I am concerned that this situation may have been influenced by bias, as the treatment we received felt excessive and targeted. I am requesting: A formal review of this incident Clarification of your guest pass and “local residency” policy Accountability for the behavior and misinformation provided by staff Assurance that no other members will be subjected to similar treatment This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a paying member. I look forward to your response.
