  The staff, including Briana, Lesley, and Maria, was very kind, and Doctor Patel was exceptionally patient. I was scheduled as his final appointment, and the visit went perfectly with no problems. I had a great experience and answered all my questions and educated me a lot. I will be back!!!

  I brought a pair of 2024 Florian in Gold into Warby Parker because the frames broke where the screw joint was. I asked if they could be repaired and they said they could not do anything and could care less if I was able to do something. After 7 years and so many pairs of glasses that will be the last. Tired of the cheap glasses that break. Didn't even offer to sell me a different pair that was similar. It is sad the lack of energy and effort of this generation. Yes do better
