  I brought my grand daughter in to the store at Dania Pointe & it was a great experience. Not only did they love meeting Ella, all the ladies were super helpful with my prescription & new frames. I would only come here in the future. Thank you

  If I could give this store 100 stars, I WOULD. Mak, Mia, Maria, Ailleen, Stephen, and Billie Eilish’s dopple (can’t remember her name, sorry!) turned what was supposed to be a simple glasses shopping trip into a full cinematic experience. I walked in looking for frames and walked out emotionally attached to the entire staff. The customer service? Elite. Immaculate. Life changing. Everyone was warm, funny, patient, genuine, and somehow made me feel like the most important person in the building. The vibes were so good I genuinely did not want to leave. I did not want my glasses shipped just so I could come back and see them all again. This store deserves awards, documentaries, and possibly its own reality show. Whoever is hiring at the Dania Pointe location in Dania Beach, Florida needs a promotion immediately because this team is MAGIC. Thank you all for being such incredible human beings. You made our entire day and guaranteed I will be back. (This review is based on two visits)

  I had a wonderful experience at Warby Parker in Hollywood Dania Pointe.The staff member who helped us was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. The store is brand new, super clean, very welcoming, and has a great selection of beautiful frames and products. The customer service was outstanding, and they made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend this location!
