  I had a very disappointing experience with Club Pilates. I was on the waiting list for a specific class, but I was never given a spot in the class and never received any notification letting me know that I could book or attend. When I called to ask when I would be able to take the class, I was told that I had simply lost the money because I was apparently expected to constantly check the app to see if a spot had opened up. However, I never received any notification, and as far as I could see, I was never actually given a spot in the class I wanted. In the end, I lost my money without ever taking the class. I find this policy and the way the situation was handled extremely unprofessional and unfair. Very disappointing customer service experience.

  This was my first class ever. Sabrina was clear in her instructions and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She also had an amazing playlist. It was great!

  Claudette is an amazing Pilates instructor. Despite the language barrier, she was always attentive, patient, and made sure I was doing every exercise correctly. Her empathy and dedication made me feel comfortable from day one. She is definitely my favorite instructor!” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
