  My father was followed by the dermatologists and staff here. I took him a number of times myself. It was always the case that the waiting room was packed so badly that there weren’t enough seats and many people were elderly, or with limited mobility. We arrived before appointments and waited for well over an hour to be seen. Staff was condescending. An APRN told him he had ‘barnacles’ when he asked for the diagnostic term for a skin condition he was being treated for. The worst was that they completely ignored melanoma on his face for about 2 years during which time they saw him for Mohs follow-ups about every 6 months, despite our repeated requests that they assess and biopsy the area. It very much seemed like they were only focused on cancer that they could do Mohs surgery for and since they didn’t do Mohs for melanoma, they didn’t even assess him adequately.

  I received a very pleasant, yet professional, warm welcome. My appointment was on time and the dermatologist looked over areas of concerned. Giving me a "thumbs up", a script to help ease a couple symptoms and said she would see me in 6 plus months or so. The waiting room, exam room n bathroom were and always have been clean. Kudos to all!

  The office is clean and everyone is very friendly. Dr. Danielle is very informative and goes over EVERYTHING with you. My last dermatologist saw in me in two minutes, handed me a prescription and was done. I saw with her for at least 10-15mins and everything was fully discussed. I’m giving 4 stars because I’m always waiting. Not sure if they over schedule but I wait at least 20-30 minutes past my appointment to be seen
