Laura was amazing! Will be buying all of our glasses and doing all of our repairs here from now on. Not only was she personable but she also made me feel so comfortable during our wait while she adjusted and fixed the glasses!
She is so bubbly and caring, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or worried about being sold. She just made it such a great experience, can’t wait to come back in a few days and get my new frames!

It's unfortunate that the people who work at this location for the eye exams specifically are associated with rude and dismissive technicians. They are great and this review does not correlate to them at all. This review is specifically for the technicians that greet you when you walk in. It was my first time going to a lens Crafter's. I already had a pair of glasses in mind that I wanted that I found on the website. Now the lady who works the center desk to the left of the eye exam area was "helping" me but it was more of trying to dismiss me so she can go back to her phone call that she had to hang up in order for her to actually focus on my questions. She told me the glasses I wanted they don't carry in the store. Okay, no problem, what else can we do so I can get the glasses I want. She pretty much kept chewing her gum and told me to look around for a similar pair. I asked her if there was any way they (the technicians) can help me to order the pair online. She said they can't do that, so then what is the purpose of those tablets that you use to find the glasses on your platform. She really didn't want to deal with me and I wasn't being rude where it would warrant the attitude. Again, I'm not coming back here except to get an eye exam because unlike this woman I encountered, the people who solely deal with eye exams are actually helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. By reading the other 1 star reviews, this place needs to hold their own people accountable.

I was seen promptly upon my scheduled appointment time. Dr.Agustin was so nice, and took her time to perform a thorough exam, also explaining everything to me as she worked! The staff up front was super kind & friendly as well in assisting me with picking out my new glasses. Store was clean, and multiple glasses to pick from. 10/10 recommend

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience.
I have lived in the United States for eight years, and while I can communicate in English, I feel more comfortable expressing myself in Spanish. I normally get my eye exams and glasses from a different optical provider, where I have always had positive experiences. However, after recently damaging my glasses, I needed a quick solution and decided to contact this office after reading its excellent reviews.
My first interaction was over the phone. When I asked if someone spoke Spanish, the person who answered simply said, "No," and ended the call. Despite that experience, I decided to visit the office in person because the reviews gave me confidence that I would receive good service.
When I arrived, a young man greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. I then approached the woman who was seated at one of the desks, as I understood she would be assisting me. I greeted her politely and asked if she spoke Spanish. She said that she did, but from the beginning, her attitude felt cold and unwelcoming.
I had to ask if I could sit down to discuss my needs. I showed her my prescription and explained my situation. She instructed me to choose a frame and later provided a quote, but without explaining what was included. To understand the details, I had to ask several questions, and throughout the conversation I felt that my questions were being met with impatience and irritation.
I completely understand that everyone can have difficult days, and I do not expect anyone to be cheerful all the time. However, when someone works in customer service, courtesy, patience, and a willingness to assist customers are essential.
I want to make it clear that this review reflects only my experience with the employee who assisted me. The young man who greeted me was polite and professional, and I also recognize that this office has many positive reviews. However, my personal experience did not meet the expectations those reviews had created.
I am sharing this feedback respectfully and constructively, with the hope that it helps improve the customer experience for future visitors.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
