Very helpful even when I asked silly questions like where the pens were when they were in front of me. The technicians on the other hand need some work. I dealt with a dismissive person who wasn't trying to help me with purchasing the glasses I wanted although they only carried them online which im sure she couldve done, but she was lazy. First of all she was on her personal phone and not giving me other options besides telling me to look for another pair. Im sure she couldve easily sat with me and helped purchase the pair I wanted without having it physically there. She couldve at least suggested other brands that might be similar in style or price, but no she disappeared. So I walked out. I'll come back for eye exams, but I won't go there to purchase anything in store.
