Dr. Rosalie Guario-Silvestri is exceptionally thorough — but what sets her apart is that she's bubbly, genuinely caring, and takes real interest in getting things right. She had the patience to make sure I got the best fit and the correct prescription for my actual needs, not a rushed guess. I came in for an annual exam for glasses and added a contact lens fitting while I was there. The icing on the cake: the contacts she fit me for gave me 20/10 vision. Her staff is beyond amazing — always smiling, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure patients are taken care of. I arrived early and wasn't kept waiting at all. Watching them move patients from testing room to testing room and back was a lesson in efficiency. Nobody was waiting, nobody was frustrated, and the whole visit was a genuinely enjoyable experience.
