The instructors here are all amazing, especially their lead instructor Michelle! I'm so happy I decided to give pilates a try!

She explains everything so well, which makes it easy to follow along and feel confident. I also love the way she teaches! she just floats around the studio like a beautiful ballet dancer while helping everyone, and it makes the whole class feel so calm and fun. I always leave her classes feeling stronger and looking forward to the next one! ✨❤️
