- PPPandaboii451 day ago5.0I love this gym! No headphones? No problem, they blast the music at night and it’s fun to be in. Everyone here is friendly and kind to help out for a spot. Anyone complaining can go to one of those bougie gyms!

It's been months where I've been trying to cancel due to moving away, and they keep sending bills, ignoring my cancellation requests, and telling me I have to prepay for next month if I want to leave. I've been to gyms across America and Europe and this is the most unprofessional gym experience I've ever had

I tried calling corporate office or a management office and I keep getting hung up. Completely unacceptable. If I googled a phone number for a corporate office it shouldn't get redirect me to the employee at the front desk in the gym I am at (and don't tell me you're closed) it's a Tuesday at 2:30pm
