- MAMike AcetoJan 23, 20245.0This place makes you SWEAT in the best way! They use infrared heaters so you're not just roasting in an oven. Fantastic instruction, always fun, respectful, and encouraging. The floor is clean, solid, and well organized with discrete mat markers. They provide bands, straps, and blocks, all cleaned by the staff between classes. They even provide cold moist towels to mop off after. Best yoga spot in the area!
