  had a great experience at Tropical Chiropractic Group. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. The chiropractor took the time to really listen to what I was dealing with instead of rushing through the appointment, which I appreciated a lot. The adjustment itself was smooth and effective — I left feeling noticeably better, with less tension and improved mobility right away. The office is clean, well-organized, and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel taken care of. If you’re dealing with pain, stiffness, or just want to feel better overall, I definitely recommend giving them a visit. I’ll for sure be coming back.

  I came in after four weeks of headaches stemming from my cervical spine. After a few sessions with Dr. Herman, my headaches are fewer and less severe and i feel my treatment is making a real difference. We are also addressing some other structural issues i have in my lower back and I anticipate positive changes there as well, but I've only had a few sessions so far. The whole staff should be mentioned as well, as they're all very kind, and attentive. I've never felt like a number here and that's rare in South Florida. Thank you Dr. Herman and Staff!
