Optometrist was great. Sales staff for frames were not. They load up extras on your bill without asking i can only presume to buff their commission.

My visit was outstanding from start to finish, and I have to highlight every member of this team. Even though I arrived about 10–12 minutes late, Derek, who checked me in, made me feel respected and informed. He clearly explained that those who arrived on time would be seen first, and that I would be next. I completely understood and really appreciated the professional communication rather than being turned away. Alboro, the medical assistant, was also attentive and professional. He made sure everything ran smoothly and helped create a comfortable experience from the start. Then I met Dr. Lubo, who was absolutely phenomenal. She gave me a detailed breakdown of my eye health and answered every question I had. She made sure I understood each step of the exam and felt completely at ease. From retinal imaging to glaucoma checks, she explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms. She did not just give me results; she helped me understand why each part of my eye health mattered. She also explained preventative measures, how blue light filtering works, and whether I truly needed it. It was not just a routine appointment; it felt like an educational experience. I left understanding my eye health better than ever before. Her warmth, patience, and thoroughness made me feel like I was truly in expert hands. The true standout was Jisena, the optician, who provided exceptional care. She made the frame selection process feel personal and unrushed. She took the time to understand my style preferences, even paying attention to how I dress, and guided me toward frames that not only fit perfectly but also complemented my personality. She ensured the fit was exact, adjusting every angle so that both comfort and appearance were just right. What stood out most was her patience. She never rushed me, made sure I felt confident, and gave thoughtful feedback throughout the process. By the end, I did not just have glasses; I had frames that felt uniquely me. Her genuine care and attention made it feel like I was being helped by a friend who truly wanted the best for me. Finally, store manager Velitchka was welcoming and made sure the experience ended on a positive note. What stood out overall was the team’s excellent communication, professionalism, and genuine care. I would recommend this location without hesitation. Five stars simply are not enough!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
