  Kim is the best poker!! I literally didn’t feel anything, She made me feel really comfortable no pain and I enjoyed watching TV, thanks so much Kim.

  I hardly ever have to wait. Out of the 8 years I think the longest was an hour from checking to getting to the chair. The stuff are AMAZING. Very professional but, have alot of humor. Payment is quick to the card.

  I honestly wish I could give negative stars. I work in landscaping so sometimes I have marks on my arms and legs from working and getting into yard chemicals but I was told that I am on drugs and a drug addict. I have Documentation from my dermatologist that cost me $250 a visit just to walk in the door stating what my condition is which is not on the list to make me ineligible. I also have documents from my general practitioner as well. I also work three days a week In a doctor’s office where I am drug tested, and highly respected. if you all are so worried about people on drugs donating maybe you should go out in your parking lot where I have witnessed drug deals go down over the years that I’ve been donating there and know for a fact that you have patients donating that are on drugs. I really don’t appreciate a phlebotomist telling me they know that I’m on drugs because of a skin issue very unprofessional.. I will definitely be going to a different plasma center that respects their clients and respects their clients and I really hope Coco PD catches wind of the drug dealing going on in their parking lot

  Staff members were all very nice and extremely professional process moved quickly even when it’s packed with donors with an option to answer the kiosk questions from your personal device saving you time taking less than an hour most days .you’ll get used to the process first couple visits with little discomfort .Receive extra cash bonuses through your email address along with a rewards program of your own choice where to redeem your points
