  Everyone is human and kind. My payment was messed up but am confident it will get fixed and all around a good experience! To the comment below yes already been done did that just waiting to hear back thru email I also submitted pictures of my sixth donation did not receive 20 extra and second of week got 45 instead of 75, still 5 stars!

  I’d recommend trying any other plasma place. I went here to donate for my first time and before doing anything they felt my vein and told me I needed to hydrate more and try again Monday. I’m well hydrated. I’ve been donating on and off for years, Im not new to this. I drank a gallon of water the day before and half a gallon the day of. It is not my fault your phlebotomists are too incompetent to find a vein and I’ve never had any issues at other plasma centers. 👎🏽

  I’ve been donating here for years The staff is always working diligently to get everyone screened it, in a chair and out the door. I’ve seen some of the same faces every time I walk in and each time they’re all smiling and working together as a team to provide great service.

  I was very nervous coming in and Sybil made me feel very comfortable and she is amazing at administering the needle with no bruising. She is amazing at her job. Recommend her 10 out of 10.🩷🩷🙏🙏💯💯💪💪

  I had a great experience at this plasma donation center. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable from start to finish. A special shoutout to Jon Jon, who was absolutely amazing! He was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made a big difference in my experience. I highly recommend this center to anyone considering donating plasma. Thank you to Jon Jon and the entire team for such outstanding care! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
