  I have been seeing Dr Callenberger for around 10 years, for different orthopedic issues that arise as I get older. I work as a surgical first assistant in an operating room setting, for 25 years. I think I can be picky when it comes to my health care and I believe in being proactive in my health care. I think I tend to seek the best. Dr Callenberger first treated me for carpal tunnel syndrome. We started very conservatively with injections and eventually moved to the operating room for a permanent fix, which it did. Eventually, I needed the other hand couple tunnel syndrome addressed, and we did that as well, quite successfully Recently, I started having issues with my right shoulder. Dr. Callenberger took an x-ray and started treating me with steroid injections. After I did not get enough relief, he ordered more imaging and discovered I needed rotator repair. We went to Canaveral hospital and completed rotator cuff surgery. I really like the idea that Doctor Callenberger starts conservatively on all his approaches. If the conservative treatment does not work we move to surgery. I’m 12 weeks out from surgery and today was my final post op follow up visit and he was very impressed with my recovery and dedication to Physical Therapy, which both he and I believe are a key element to a proper recovery. I let him know today how happy I am with my surgical results. I attend physical therapy at Stafford and France, twice a week and continue the exercises the assign me at home. I also told Dr Callenberger today that I was moving to the west coast of Florida. It was hard. I’ve been seeing my doctor for 10 years and really feel I have received the best possible care available. I have the highest regard for Dr Callenberger and his staff. They have always treated me great. Highly efficient, polite and very well trained. I will truly miss them and miss having access to great Orthopedic care team. I’m truly grateful for having had the best Doctor around. I will miss you. Tim Sheehan

  Dr Callenberger is one of the nicest Dr's and the best at what he does! He is appreciated in our community for his honesty and sincere devotion to his patients.

  Dr. Callenberger was part of a team of physicians who saved my life in 2015 when I was 20 years old. I cannot speak highly enough of the compassionate and quality care Dr. C and his wife Peggy provided me. They made a military career possible for me. Dr. C's skilled hands will allow me to run in the 43rd Marine Corps Marathon next month without limitation.

  I have used this Dr several times. He is great but his office staff is questionable. Billing, etc lacks proper attention
