- JJJBJAug 11, 20261.0The studio owner is well-intentioned, but the administrative operations and rigid policies actively disrespect clients' time. Between persistent technical sign-up glitches, an inability to pay on-site as a drop-in, and intrusive data collection (like requiring a birth date), the onboarding process is unnecessarily frustrating. After completing an inconsistent 3-class package, the administrative hurdles made it impossible to return.
