I went in for a normal eye exam, asked nonchalantly about contacts as they were never an option for me.. didn’t expect what happened next. Turns out there is was an option. Dr Williams took his time to figure out the best option. I was shocked that I was actually a candidate. Here is the kicker. They had me try on contacts- I honestly thought we were just checking to see if they fit on my eyes, didn’t float etc, but then something absolutely life changing… I could see. I was in shock. Never knew there were lenses for an astigmatism. I was able to drive without glasses for the first time in 30 years. 30 years!! I can read texts, small print..no glasses. Mind completely blown. I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Williams and Stephanie for caring enough to take what they may feel as small extra steps for me, but this is truly an enormous blessing that I am so grateful for. I look forward to getting my new contacts (still need a prescription to be completely 20/20) and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Anyone else who has had this issue and chained to glasses you may want to consider a visit. Technology has caught up and you couldn’t ask for nicer folks to help.
