I was greeted by Mark the store manager and after I told him why I was there he was kind enough to educate me on the newer system they have. I had the opportunity to try three different inserts and he described what each one did. I was very impressed with his knowledge on how each one worked. I did get my new inserts and told him I would be back for the Strengthener. Great service Mark! Thanks, Jeff.
