- SDStefan D'AngeloAug 26, 20261.0The Good Feet Store , Let me start by saying I blame the majority of this experience on myself , I have a hard time saying no even when I know I should and that’s on me. I have been experiencing foot pain for some time and was in the area so I stopped into the store , I had my two year old with me which of course has me on edge already but I just wanted a new pair of shoes for work and a pair of insoles for the nights on my feet. Store manager Andre did the fitting and sizing and as this is going on I’m thinking okay how much could this cost . Then you get the iPad or clipboard I can’t really remember , with your personalized plan with 5 different items for you and an astounding price of maybe $2600. Once again you aren’t being fit by a doctor. When asking for one single arch support they will try to convince you otherwise and offer payment plans etc but will eventually allow you to purchase the item. $599 for a pair of supports , and they will make you buy a liner for your shoe with a piece of Velcro or plastic that cost $60 meanwhile the one that comes with and is designed for the shoe is then cast aside. I left the store and knew I had made a hasty and poor decision , the next day I had visited my ortho and got to the bottom of my heel pain and worked out a treatment plan with my actual doctor. So now I want to return the insoles and am being met with a policy of having to work through the adjustment period and another fitting with a specialist. Andre will not allow a return at this time because of said policy . I understand this policy if someone is just having a hard time getting used to their product . But it’s just so strange because I don’t want another fitting , I just want a refund and for this to be over . The place is charging a good 500 percent markup on their products and do not clearly outline any of this for you until you have already awkwardly sat with someone for a good amount of time. Please just let me make the return , I am not adjusting and do not need another fitting.

I went back this week because my dog chewed on one of them and found out that wasn’t on the lifetime warranty. I’d have to pay over $500 to get a new pair. I think spending 2k on the kit- that should have been covered. But they do work! Just be careful with them.
