  I had a wonderful experience between getting my eye appointment done and then picking up my glasses. Both Amanda and Kelly were amazing. Thank ya'll for a great experience!

  Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Kelly and Amanda, the Optometrists are all knowledgeable, explaining details and asking questions kindly.

  Very crooked money-grabbing facility. First, they deny my insurance and only yield after the insurance agent calls them. Then they tell me I have to pay for the eye exam cash, although the insurance covers that 100%. Next, they tell me the $300 my insurance allows for the actual reading glasses are not sufficient to buy even the most basic cheap frame reading glasses and quote me prices from $380 to over $500 total. SCAMMERS. I have reported them to Humana, and an investigation has begun into their malpractices.

  I picked out some new frames and Amanda helped me out. She’s the sweetest, friendliest, and cutest!! She made the process fun and easy, with no pressure. 100% recommend coming and giving her a visit if you need new frames :)

  After repeated failed attempts at connecting to a Sight 360 branch I had dealt with in the past, leaving phone number, to get an appointment,I gave up. Automated call centers for appointments are a Big No for me. I called Pearle Vision. They answered the second ring. Imagine, a real live person answered. I was able to set up a time, that worked for me. I saw a lovely woman first that took my info and checked my eyes quickly, then I saw Dr. Allison Dickson. She was very friendly, and personable. She explained the results of the screening of my eyes, and advised me of her recommendations for the type of prescription I should get for my daily life. What a great experience. I highly recommend their branch of Pearle Vision. Then you can cross the parking lot and have lunch at Carrabbas. All in all it was a game changer as a eye /new glasses set up.
