  I came to pick up my 3 pair of sunglasses and eyeglasses. Nina wasn't scheduled to arrive for another 40 minutes, so I was assisted by Deborah. Felicity remembered me from having helped me before with testing for my eye exam. She's amazing with her friendly greetings and assistance, as well. Between Deborah's friendly professionalism and expert adjustments I left there very satisfied with my 3 pairs of eyewear. Thank you‼️ I won't hesitate to come back when it's time for my next pair.

  Love that they do the digital retina scan for the eye exam. Glasses are easy too. They always have sales so the prices are competitive to mail order places. And the fit them at the store and do the adjustments.

  Antony has helped me several times at the Countryside Mall location, and he is awesome. He takes the time to ask all the questions, gives you the time you need to chooses frames, and is all around a great person to interact with. I would hands down recommend this location and Antony!

  LensCrafters? At countryside Mall Miss Anina and the rest of the team we're very helpful showed me any and all glasses that I wanted to try on. Courteous and professional. Highly recommend them if you need a new pair of glasses or sunglasses with prescription in them.

  I had an absolutely terrific experience today at LensCrafters at Countryside Mall. I went in intending to buy new glasses and ended up purchasing several pairs. Kelly worked with me and was FANTASTIC. Patient, knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely interested in helping me find the right glasses — not just selling me something. I am pretty particular about my glasses, and Kelly took her time. We tried a LOT of frames. She knew the product line incredibly well, gave me honest feedback about what looked good and what didn't, and never once made me feel rushed. Jason, the manager, was equally terrific. There is just a really good team and culture in this store. One of the more interesting parts of the experience was that Kelly and Jason introduced me to a brand-new program called LensCrafters+. In fact, apparently I became their very first customer to sign up for it! I wasn't planning on doing anything like this when I walked in, but once they explained it, it actually made a lot of sense for someone like me who likes good glasses and likes changing them up. Instead of taking the big hit of paying for several pairs of prescription glasses all at once, I now have a predictable monthly payment. More importantly, after 12 months I have the opportunity to get two new pairs through the program. There are some other nice benefits — protection on the glasses, a price lock and even an eye-exam credit — but for me the ability to spread out the cost and refresh my glasses every year was what made it interesting. But the real reason for the five stars isn't the program. It's the people. Kelly was exceptional, Jason was terrific, and frankly everyone I interacted with in the store was kind, patient and professional. Nobody rushed me, nobody pressured me, and they clearly knew their products. I travel constantly and interact with a LOT of retail businesses. Great customer service has become increasingly rare. When I find it, I think it's important to recognize it. Kelly, Jason and the entire Countryside LensCrafters team absolutely earned this review. I couldn't have had a better experience and will definitely be back.
