If you need help finding the perfect glasses, please see Jason at Countryside LensCrafters. He spent a solid hour tracking down a pair of glasses they didn't have in store for me and then finding out what insurance coverage I had so I knew what I would be paying out of pocket before I committed. He went above and beyond his job description, doing so with a smile and a bit of humor along the way. He was able to guide me on which frame color would work best with my complexion and preferences in clothing color/style. I have never had anyone work so hard to help me get what I wanted. He's fantastic, and his personal style is on point. If you are at all resistant or apprehensive about going through LensCrafters, please see Jason. I promise you won't be disappointed.

The customer service was excellent. I dealt with Kim I explained what I wanted and she directed me to the appropriate frames. The optometrist checked in to measure my bifocal requirements. Great service great price.
Is your triple A card for extra discount.

I ordered glasses and was told they’d be ready in 7-10 days. Two weeks later I hadn’t heard anything so I called and was told they had come in with the wrong prescription so had to be reordered and they should be ready in another 7 days. 7 days later I called and was told there was another issue so they will hopefully be ready in another week. They’ll be almost a month since I ordered, if they do finally come in when I’m being told.
There was no communication from the company about a delay or anything so I have had to call repeatedly. The person who took my call was not helpful or offered any info other than sorry they’re delayed and she didn’t know why.
I will not be returning to this LensCrafters.

What a waste of time. Went in to get new lenses for glasses I PURCHASED AT LENSCRAFTERS - they could not find my account and refused to help me. I was like Hello - I have been customer for 7 years - -- she said I was not in the system and could not help me.. I walked out and called Lenscrafters at largo Mall - they found me no problem. - Went back in and told them I was in system - she said NO not in hers so couldnt help - I asked if they were connected she said yes - and would not even call the other store - It was almost UNBELIEVABLE!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
