So I brought them back so they could see why. Apparently, one of the springs in the arms of the frame broke. My first mistake was not purchasing the insurance when I first bought the glasses Next time I will. Since it was only a month from when I originally purchased them, they replaced the spring for me for free. Thank you again and I highly recommend buying your next pair of glasses from LensCrafters countryside mall!
