They told me my order was indeed ready for pick up. Now I am waiting in line to pick them up. This is a simple thing to do. Attention to detail LensCrafters DO BETTER!

However, oddly enough, she was not fitted in the office. I called and they said they gave her contacts to try at home. I explained that this is not a contact fitting, and they blew me off. They seemed unconcerned and unwilling to refund money. Please stay away from this place.
