  Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Jackson also introduced himself, was very patient answering my questions and examining my feet. I highly recommend him and his staff for anyone looking for a Podiatrist that cares about the “patient “ and not rushing to move on. Thank you Dr. Jackson and your staff.

  The experience was one I will cherish , including the check in, the medical assistant whom I felt like I’ve known forever. The doctor was phenomenal, very professional, explained every detail including the X-rays. I would certainly recommend this establishment to everyone without hesitation.

  It's amazing how the body and feet can play tricks on you. I stopped by Dr. Jackson office to see if I could get an appointment as soon as possible so he could look at my achy feet. I was please I was able to get in 2 days later. I was kindly reminded that I have flat feet. The doctor’s assistant Shalika saw me first made 3 suggestions. Then the doctor came in and I asked him for his recommendations and, he to my surprise suggested the same 3 pair of orthotic shoes. They were less than the $600 customized shoes. So, looked up HOKA, those are a little pricey however I was able to find a nice pair under $125, google was helpful searching according to my budget. The 2nd pair VIONIC, they range from $50-150 or so depending on your finances. And the 3rd pair OOFOS were the most reasonable costing from $50-100+. Most the shoes come in casual, sandals & flip flaps. Amazon won my dollars once again, best price for all 3 but there were a variety of choices when you use goggle. My choice was what was more convenient for me. When I left his office I went home and put on my new 2 month old slip in sketchers (orthotics) I had tested the day before I saw the doctor. So, thanks to Doctor Jackson, I was able to secure a couple more pairs and to my surprise the orthotic help (right away) with my hip because my balance was off, as I was trying to support my flat feet. Kudos and 5 stars to Dr. Jackson and his assistant Shalika. See you when I am old enough to get Medicare to cover those specialized orthotics, LOL!!

  Receptionist and medical assistant were so nice. Minimal wait time. Dr. Jackson was very pleasant..listened to my concerns and provided education regarding my condition. I left with a treatment plan I understood. He provided education in a compassionate manner..less than 1 day later my foot pain is significantly diminished!
