- LBL BHS4 days ago5.0I'm so excited that I finally made it in. First of all, it was a little bit hard for me to find. FYI it's by Chili's & Fresh Market. They have a cute boutique w lots of pretty items, but it's very expensive. I signed up for the intro class. They reached out several times to remind me which I appreciate. We had a small class which was nice so we could receive a little individual attention. Linda was our instructor, she used a microphone which was great so we could hear her clearly. She was pleasant & knowledgeable. To start, I decided to join the program where I get one class a week for 4 weeks.

Their classes are easy to follow, the flow of the workout is excellent, and they always offer progressions so everyone can work at their own level and continue improving. They provide so much encouragement throughout the class, which makes every workout both motivating and enjoyable. Since starting Pilates, I’ve become noticeably stronger, my confidence has grown, and I’m now doing everyday activities that I haven’t been able to do in years. I’m so grateful for these wonderful instructors and the positive environment they create. Highly recommend! 💪✨
