Entire staff is very welcoming. The studio is new, super clean, great ambiance. I appreciate the variety of classes, and they continue to add new ones. Schedule is good. Frequently have special "events" to thank their members and to show appreciation. Come join us and you will love the feeling :)

They always take the time to check in at the start of class, ask if you have any injuries, and make sure you feel comfortable. If you’re ever struggling with a movement, they’ll help you adjust and ensure you’re doing it correctly, so you get the most out of it without risking injury. The space is always clean, the music is on point, and the A/C makes working out feel refreshing. I’ve never had a single issue here, just consistently great classes and a great atmosphere. Can’t recommend it enough!
