  My wife went to have her hearing aids adjusted and cleaned. We are pleased with the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff. They are attentive to our needs.

  After some research, I purchased my 1st pair of HAs at Audibel. I know they may cost a little more but you get what you pay for. I was skeptical about even wearing HAs. But Donnie made it seem almost natural & kind of exciting. After 6 months they are now an extension of me. I wear mine about 18 hours a day. They are comfortable and connected to my phone & my smart watch. AWESOME! I have been back to see Donnie 2x for check ups and cleaning. He is a true professional. He is kind, courteous, knowledgable & a pleasure to deal with. He’s an excellent Ambassador for Audibel. But he’s not the only one. Alecia, is an extension of the hospitality. She had always answered my questions and helped me with appointments. She is a delight to deal with. So, all in all, I made the absolute right choice when I chose Audibel & Donnie and Alecia. Thank you 👍

  Reported them to insunace company. 1st made my dad redo his hearing test even though he had one done at the ENT within 6 months. Spent 2 hours testing then tried to sell us 7k hearing aids and convince us that this was a deal because we are out of benefits. Then when I questioned it pretty much turned off the lights and told us to leave. Called the insunace company and called them with insurance company to let them know we are in network. Front desk was so rude to us, even to insurance company. Still waiting on a phone call to make the molds. Very unprofessional. Can tell they don’t like insurances and want to talk you into paying cash. Trying to rip people off. Really wish we could go to Sam’s Club because I don’t want to give these people any business after how we were treated. Insurnace said we are not the first and are investigating. Would never go here if it wasn’t for the darn insurance
