  Reported them to insunace company. 1st made my dad redo his hearing test even though he had one done at the ENT within 6 months. Spent 2 hours testing then tried to sell us 7k hearing aids and convince us that this was a deal because we are out of benefits. Then when I questioned it pretty much turned off the lights and told us to leave. Called the insunace company and called them with insurance company to let them know we are in network. Front desk was so rude to us, even to insurance company. Still waiting on a phone call to make the molds. Very unprofessional. Can tell they don’t like insurances and want to talk you into paying cash. Trying to rip people off. Really wish we could go to Sam’s Club because I don’t want to give these people any business after how we were treated. Insurnace said we are not the first and are investigating. Would never go here if it wasn’t for the darn insurance

  My mom was having trouble hearing with the hearing aids that she had. I took her to a doctor to have her ears examined and we were told that she had good hearing aids and there was nothing more that could be done for her. Time passed and mom stopped going to social functions because she was unable to hear what was being said and started to get reclusive and depressed. I asked her if she would be willing to go to Audible and have them give her a hearing examination. She agreed to go, so I made an appointment at the Audibel Hearing Center in Clearwater. Donnie Limeberry, HAS, performed the examination on my mom (it took about two hours), and told us that he would be able to provide her with hearing aids that would make it possible for her to hear again. Mom was skeptical, but she went ahead and ordered new hearing aids. Imagine our surprise when Donnie put her new hearing aids in on our return visit and she could hear him and could hear what I was saying from a chair behind her! (Without reading my lips.) Mom is attending social gatherings again and is able to hear what people are saying and I don't have to yell at her anymore! I can't say enough about the Audibel Hearing Center in Clearwater. Alicia and Donnie are patient, understanding and helpful, and I got my old mom back and she can hear again!

  The personnel at the Sunset Point Audibel Hearing Center are friendly and attentive. I had a lengthy hearing test and found I had more hearing loss in both ears. My only comment is that they do not give a copy of the test results, which would be helpful to have with my medical records.
