First Care Clinic

First Care Clinic of Chattahoochee provides a wide variety of services in the Primary Care Scope of Practice. This practice has been serving our area for over 60 years. We offer management of Chronic illnesses like Hypertension, Diabetes, High Cholesterol, and many more. Plus provide Urgent care for minor lacerations, burns, and infections. We are currently accepting new patients, same day appointments, and walk-ins are always welcome. We are proud to have Brian Ham, APRN-BC, Practicing Primary Care with a focus on Adults and Geriatrics in West Gadsden County. He is a graduate of Sneads High School, Chipola College, and Florida A&M University with over 25 years experience.
