I ordered replacement non prescription lenses for my sunglasses which were custom made and custom tinted from measurements taken by Amy. Upon picking up the completed sunglasses, I was blown away at how perfect they came out. Equally impressive, my communication to Amy was not lost in transit to the technician that performed the work concerning the gradient tinting. Jerry/Jairo was a super kind representative from beginning to end 💖 The doctor’s assistant (Nayelli? I did not see her name written so apologies for misspelling!) was really sweet to me during the whole imaging process even though I can be freaked out easily by the machines, she was incredibly patient. And Dr. Monica Mikhail was exceptionally efficient at her job, as well as caring about my previous poor experiences with vision doctors. I’m glad she went out of her way to truly make sure I left with the correct prescription, which other doctors have not done for me in the past (and that’s a pricy mistake for me because I don’t have insurance.) 💖 Thank you to everyone here for doing an excellent and thorough job!! 😁
