- EPE PearceyAug 3, 20265.0I visited LensCrafters on 7/31/26 and was not at all sure that they would be able to help me. But fingers crossed I entered the Casselberry store full of hope. About 6 months earlier, I had purchased a pair of Meta glasses as I was curious. I quickly found that they did a whole lot more than I expected. I decided to return them as I had not used them. Unfortunately returning them turned into a nightmare. I replaced them in the case and promptly forgot about them. Jumping forward to 7/31/26 I’m searching in my closet for an upcoming trip and there is the case with the meta glasses. I decided to go to LensCrafters as I needed a proper pair of readers for the trip and, yes, if possible why not use the meta frames and replace the original lenses with a tint and progressive lenses with my prescription. Of course nothing is ever straightforward. I had to do some running around to get the script, then back to the store to go through the whole process. But luck was on my side as the nicest guy, David, was on duty. He was so patient and explained everything to me. To be honest, I don’t believe I would have accomplished this feat without him. I have used the Casselberry LensCrafters in the past and I have always been happy. Nothing in life is ever really💯 percent but right now I’m a very happy person thanks to David at LensCrafters.
