  Was a customer for over 10 years. Never going back, its definitely not the same place anymore, horrible experience. Time, and money just thrown away by incompetence, lack of communication, and bad customer support ruled by a corporate handbook. They could care less about clients, youre more of a number than the people who work there. Souless corporation with no heart, compassion, and no remorse. On the Doctors side. They Absolutly got my prescription wrong and I had to return the glasses they ordered and get my eye exam done again then rorder my glasses. Such a waste of time, 3 trips back and forth 40 minutes away. The prescription was WAAAAY off, like insanely off all because of their new online video call optometrist. That was first clue that I should have left running. On the sales side. Ordered 2 of the same glasses mind you, of the most expensive glasses they had, Versace. One got delay and I couldn't picked it up for a while. They promised me they would hold them. They never let me know they were sending them back. They refund me $200 for what they would charge me $700 again to get. Ive never felt so cheated and unjustly treated with zero remorse or compassion having spent so much money in a business. With Absolutly no other solution other than a quick sorry from the manager and a kick out the door.

  Amazing experience at For Eyes! Everyone was super nice and helpful (the whole staff) Miranda helped me and my son to get our prescriptions done, she worked with the insurance and on top of that gave us a discount so we were able to make the purchase. Her positive attitude and kindness during the process makes us feel at ease and very comfortable because she went the extra mile to help us. Very satisfied!

  Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to answer all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Even though I have insurance, they were able to find a great discount on an additional pair of Rx sunglasses for me.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this optical office. I went for an eye exam for both glasses and contact lenses. Unfortunately, the contact lens prescription was incorrect, so I had to return and repeat the exam because the first test was done wrong. Later they told me that a new company was managing the contact lens system. Every time I came back, they could not find my information or the results of my new contact lens exam, and I was told to return multiple times with no clear answers. The employee named Angelic was very rude and unprofessional. The other employees actually tried to help me, but she would not allow them to assist or resolve the issue. She never tried to help find a solution or provide clear information. Even though she speaks Spanish, she never attempted to communicate with me in Spanish to make things easier. In the end, they said they could not find my results in the new system. After all this, they even told me I would have to pay again for another test. This experience was a waste of time and money, and I still never received my correct contact lens results. I would not recommend this place.

  Dont waste your time at this location for anything involving an examination. There isn't an optometrist on site! No one answers the phone when you call either, which could have saved me the hassle of showing up to a tele-health appointment to get fitted for contacts, how does that even make sense? Anyways that place is all about sales in the store.
