- VMVictor MoranteJul 18, 20261.0Eye exam is fine but the virtual visits keep you there waiting for hours. Queue times vary on virtual visits or the queue restarts and you have to wait again. Very inconsistent form of interacting with patients. The optometrists have the options to see you or not so there is no guarantee you’ll get seen. I spent 2 hours to end up with nothing done because you can’t get your prescription without that virtual portion. Terrible experience

I was then told that there is no optometrist on site and that I would be having a virtual visit, with all the testing being done with an unlicensed woman who had no qualifications to give. She was also extremely rude when I was confused by this. There is no indication of this on their website.

I’m not exaggerating it was literally 5 minutes and the guy working whose name I forgot to ask was super chill and very professional. Didn’t even charge me and told me to come back if I ever needed anything else
