Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- AMAmanda Mccaffrey1 day ago1.0Be very careful they charged my insurance for an appointment. I didn’t have they charge for an exam and everything they charge the whole amount that my insurance would allow and now I keep trying to contact them to give me my money back on my insurance so I can have my eye exam and it’s almost impossible to get anybody. I called my Medicare insurance. They tried to do it and they said they wouldn’t talk to them that they have to talk to me. It’s absurd that Medicare fraud that you guys are doing on my insurance.

Doctor explained everything to me really well and was very determined to get my prescription right after a not-so-great experience at my last office. And the staff worked really hard with us make sure we knew what was covered and to get a price that was as close as possible to our budget.

Of course I didnt bring any extras with me as those were brand new out of the box the day before! I went into Pearle on Pine Island Road and asked if it would be possible to buy a replacement. Tina Perez waited on me and she could not possibly have been nicer or more helpful. Absolutely, she said! They had a trial pair very similar to mine for me to wear to get by with and she ordered me a new box based off my current prescription. I had not been there before and wasn't a current patient, but she treated me just like I had been for years! Her sweet and helpful attitude was so much appreciated and it will most definitely make me a patient in the future! Thank you, Tina for being fabulous!
