Called and told them I could see through them and was told it takes time for me to adjust, well that never happened. Called back just to be told I could pay out of pocket for another exam because my insurance is only one a year and if it’s different I would get a discount on new glasses. I’m sorry your place tested me and built me the wrong glasses. Well now let’s talk about this years exam, Dr was great compared my last exam reading only to confirm to me that the dr last year screwed up big time and prescription was way off and not even close. Here’s the icing on the cake, now they don’t even take my insurance for the glasses but hey I again was told I can pay out of pocket!!!
