  It was great Tommy was very informative and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Even when you first walk in the receptionist greets you with a smile and makes you feel very welcome.

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tommy and his assistant/receptionist, Moura. I went into my appointment terrified after being diagnosed with sudden hearing loss in my right ear. To be honest, I had myself convinced I was planning my own funereal lol ! Thankfully, Tommy quickly put all of those fears to rest. He performed thorough testing, took the time to explain my results in a way I could understand, and answered every single one of my questions with patience and compassion. His calm, attentive approach immediately put me at ease. Thankfully, the results were much better than I had imagined—I’m going to live, and I’m not going deaf! Moura was equally wonderful. She was kind, welcoming, and made the entire experience smooth from the moment I walked through the door. If you’re looking for a hearing specialist who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about his patients, I highly recommend Tommy and his team. They turned what I expected to be one of the scariest days of my life into one filled with reassurance and hope. Thank you both for your exceptional care!

  The previous hearing aids I wore were the Marvel 90. I could never hear anything was that model ric.Tommy tested and realized that the current hearing aid I'm wearing weren't touching my hearing loss and hasn't since the time I got them he suggested A power BTE and fit me with the naiada. L50 UP, I'm able to hear CLEAR again. Thank you, Tommy and Mara.
