- QMQ MartinezJun 17, 20261.0I’ve been here a couple times because I was referred, but my experiences have been horrible. The manager Shameka Jones is very unprofessional. It’s shocking how she is still in her position. Both of the times I’ve been here, Shameka has open conversations that are very hateful. I overheard her openly embarrassing another younger employee in front of another patient. The other young employee looked visibly embarrassed as if happens often. I don’t know who to report this to as this bullying has been witnessed twice. Please help that young lady. Public bullying is wrong.

These people are front-facing. They should not make you feel like you are the one irritating or inconveniencing them with your questions.
