We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

Was super turned off by the insinuation the type of exam 'required' was going to total $96 for myself and husband when we have a $10 co-pay. When I questioned why it was so much more when we have a $10 co-pay the staff was indignant and began to say this is what the physician prefers... still insinuating it was required. Thankfully, I had read the pre-arrival paperwork and knew it was optional. So, I questioned, isn't that 'optional"? She acted as if we were beneath her then and agreed it was optional. She was so put off, she failed to collect our $10 co-pay. I spoke with the physician about it who was very kind explaining he does recommend the higher cost exam to avoid the need for eyes needing to be dilated and the time required in doing so. Had it been presented better on the front end, we likely would have opted for the 'preferred' exam method instead. Working in Healthcare myself, it was a very big turn-off. It's imperative we remember it's Healthcare not HealthMoney.
