After the care at Regency Center Lenscrafters in Brandon went down we moved to Lenscrafters location in the Brandon Mall. We also purchased from International Mall due to their location carrying a specific brand the other locations didn't. We were in the Brandon Mall looking at glasses with not high expectations due to the steady decline at both locations. We were helped by Michael Evans who gave us exceptional help and had a great eye for picking out frames to match my husband's face. His experience and attentive care won us over and we were left with a tough choice between two frames. When we asked about a specific lens options he reached out to his contacts to find us exactly what we wanted. I felt it was necessary to leave a review because his patience in making sure we were 100% satisfied is so rare these days. We won't be driving to International Mall any more when we can get better help locally. Other locations need his level of care which was exceptional.
