- EBEdmund Van Brunt3 days ago5.0Yesterday I was in the Brandon Mall in Brandon Florida and I went into Lens Crafters to see if they would fix the nose pads on my glasses which I bought somewhere else. I was prepared to pay whatever fee they asked. A young girl named Asma (not sure of the spelling) fixed and cleaned my glasses at no charge. I was totally surprised that she was willing to both fix and clean my glasses, which I did not buy from them, for free. I send Kudos to both Asma and LensCrafters for looking out for customers and being there for you when you need them.

She had the most hideous eye lash job and fake finger nails that were so long and unsanitary. I would highly recommend refusing to work with her. If you go there or she will poke you in the eye with her unsanitary fake finger nails. If she is the only one there just leave. I paid $140 for an eye exam for my boxing fight. She refused to sign off on my exam for the state athletic commission simply because she did not do my eye exam on the same day. Mind you it was still very well within the time for my eye exam results to still be valid. She simply just refused to sign off. I paid good money for that exam. She said she can sign it but simply refused.
