  Thank you Dr.Van!!!! She was the bestest! Insurance please give her a tip lol. She did an outstanding smoothe job on my extraction. There was little to no pain. And my tooth came right out im so thankful. I was nervous and Bree calmed me down. Thank you Brandon Dental

  I had a fantastic experience getting my teeth cleaned here! My hygienist Giselle was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The office is spotless and modern, and my appointment ran right on schedule. Highly recommend!" Today's responses to my billing questions could have been less snippy though.

  I previously paid a $1300 copay, as advised, and was even informed a potential credit might apply after insurance processing. However, I subsequently received an additional bill for $1300, attributed to 'frequency.' This situation suggests a failure to adequately verify my insurance coverage prior to the procedure. I find this unexpected charge unacceptable, especially considering the financial strain it imposes. To make matters worse I’m still having pain where the work was done and let me guess this is also going on my credit.

  What a great experience I had with Dr Van and her two technicians Carol and Ashley. I went in for 8 fillings in total I was terrified and have very bad anxiety. They made me feel so comfortable and calm I honestly didn’t feel a thing. They have a very gentle touch. I highly recommend Brandon Complete dental care
