  First time there. Made SURE they new it was first time. Long story short. Goin in very uncertain, and I am in shape. Beginners on one bar. I was with them. First 5 min, one girl leaves. I manage 20 min and barely hanging on. I stood at bar and rested. Instructor walked up. You're supposed to be up in this position. Me: I cant- taking a break. Instructor, using hands in front of everyone. Pointed to her eyes and toes. I am trying to teach you position. Me: Mortified. I again said, I cant keep up, resting. Instructor: Have you been in a car accident???!!! Me: Walked out ( I can see where people just loose it) NO need for that.... Women have a hard enough time going to places like then, then instructor calls me OUT. I'll never go back. The instructor is NOT in the right field. Someone needs to sit in more often and listen to how women are spoken to.. I am sure I am not the only one. This is only the 3 rd google review I have done. As I look instructors getting low numbers. Might want to look at that.. It was 6:30 class on Monday 4/6. Ladies going in know you might get a mean instructor. I will not be back. Ladies do not be silent wherever you go being spoken to like that.. Car accident.. whew...

  Love this place and the instructors :) Always helpful for good form, great music and energy.

  Got a great workout! Definitely different than anything I have done. Low impact, but I still sweat a lot.
