  I was very disappointed with my experience at the plasma donation center in Bradenton. The overall organization felt unprofessional, the waiting times were excessive, and communication from staff was poor. I also felt uncomfortable with the atmosphere inside the center during my visit. Another frustrating issue was that bonuses were not paid on time, and I had to return again and spend additional time waiting for the payment issue to be resolved. That showed a lack of respect for donors’ time and effort. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service from a medical-related facility. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this center, and I do not plan to donate plasma there again.

  Kedplasma is professional and pleasant atmosphere. Donating plasma helps people with autoimmune diseases and rare diseases like hemophilia. Please take the time to give to others and donate. You are compensated for it, but the real joy and satisfaction comes from knowing that you helped someone live longer or live better. Give today from the heart you never know when your loved one may need someone to help them.

  ⸻ I recently met one of your Employees under the name Xavier at St. Regis Longboat Key over his stay this past Weekend and had a great experience speaking with him. He was wearing a Kedplasma shirt which caught my attention and when I asked about the company, he was incredibly friendly, informative and easy to talk to. Xavier explained everything clearly and made the conversation both engaging and helpful. His positive attitude and knowledge really stood out, and it left me feeling confident and interested in becoming a donor.

  First 2 visits smooth 3 rd visit I didn't eat so apparently made me feel real nauseous sweating but they helped me through it and finished the 3rd donation but says 55 bonus after secound drawal never received it then called today and some snotty lady who wouldn't allow me to talk just bulldozed the conversation didn't want to hear what I had to say . First bonus was supposed to be 55 after secound Because I signed up on the app etc .. then that wasent the case apparently so I looked up kedplasma on Facebook And there's bonuses to anotherab.. which I thought the bonus was for ked plasma then Terrance said we do offer similar bonuses see me after deposit but it was late and I had a problem during like I said so just called oh he's not here and I'm not listening to what you have to say, so overall experience been good till this so I'm not going to return and I know that this location will be thrilled as you can see for yourself not stating to not donate here just my experience and thanks to the lady that handled my last phone call great social skills ...
