  I followed Dr. Wemlinger to Family Doctors from her previous practice...she is the best primary care physician I have ever dealt with. She listens, gives whatever time is necessary to reach options for personal medical care and donates time to local high school sports programs in her capacity as a sports medicine specialist. The practice itself is very well run and makes appointments something I actually look forward to. Highly recommended...

  Had my first appointment with Dr. Steven Ferreira, DO yesterday. Let me say this- I wish I could've found him 18 months ago. I have a very complicated medical history, and severe chronic illness. I have medical PTSD from treatment in the past. Dr.Ferreira spent over an hour going over my records, medications, and concerns. He listened, asked pertinent questions, and spoke kindly and with understanding to me and my spouse. I have been medically gaslit for 2 years from various PCPs. Dr.Ferreira listened, heard, absorbed, and made a treatment plan with and for me. I am incredibly impressed, and so thankful to finally be heard, and treated with respect. When you are a middle aged woman with many "complaints" doctors can be so quick to dismiss your concerns as simply aging, menopause, weight loss or gain, etc. Dr.Ferreira listened with intent and came up with a plan, when others just looked and the floor and threw up their hands in ignorance. Office staff is kind, efficient, and helpful. The office is clean, bright and pleasant. They offer coffee, tea and water with snacks for patients. It's a bit of a haul for us from SW Bradenton, but so worth it. 10 stars. ⭐

  Sits says they take Medicare and medigap but when you call they only take Humana. Need to change your website.

  Dr Ferrier is a great doctor, he's kind, compassionate, caring & take just the right time with me at every appointment. He answer all my questions & comes up with clear solutions. Dr Ferrier is the best...! Cassandra & Gene are great too.
