  I’ve absolutely loved my experience at barre3 Lakewood Ranch! The instructors are incredible—knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping everyone feel successful, no matter their fitness level. Every class is challenging, fun, and different, so I never get bored. The workouts have made such a difference for me. I’m in the best shape I’ve been in, and I’ve become noticeably stronger, more toned, and more energized. The positive, welcoming atmosphere keeps me coming back, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I can’t recommend barre3 Lakewood Ranch enough!

  Barre3 is an incredible workout community. Nikki has cultivated something truly unmatched— best workouts of my life, all the instructors are so encouraging/will challenge you, and the retail is just 😍😍 You HAVE to check this place out!

  Life changing! The barre3 instructors are amazing, the community is so welcoming, and every class leaves me feeling stronger. It’s the only workout I actually look forward to!

  Don’t have a village? Barre3 will be your village. They will watch your babies and remind you to show up for yourself. They will remind you can do hard things. And the sales and member discounts will make you look like you can afford those brand name work out outfits.

  barre3 is hands down the best workout I’ve ever done! The instructors are incredible, the community is so welcoming and supportive, and every class leaves me feeling stronger. I’m officially addicted and actually look forward to working out. I can’t recommend it enough!
