  I had a great experience at Warby Parker in Boynton Beach! Ferenc was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me to the perfect frames with such patience. Alana was so friendly and made the whole fitting process easy and fun. The team there really made sure I was comfortable and happy with my choice. I’d definitely recommend them!

  This is a fairly new store in Boynton, and I was excited to check it out. I purchased a pair of prescription York glasses from Warby Parker a couple of years ago from a different store and have really enjoyed them, so I decided to visit their new location. The Made in Italy collection was beautiful and definitely caught my eye. Unfortunately, I need frames with nose pieces, and there weren’t any options in that collection that worked for me. However, I did find an artsy, unique hexagon-shaped frame that I absolutely loved and added to my favorites. I’ll likely be back to purchase those after my next eye exam. The service manager was knowledgeable, and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I appreciated that several team members offered their opinions and helped me narrow down my final choice. Overall, it was a great shopping experience, and I’m looking forward to returning for my next pair of glasses. Rating: 5/5 if you’re reviewing the overall experience, service, and selection.

  Store was nice and clean. Doctor and assistant were very nice. But for the staff up front when i walked in i was not greeted or asked what i needed help with. Literally just stood there quietly not attending me and my gf. A few moments after we walked in another couple walked in and all of a sudden they sprint to go help them like if we weren't waiting to be helped. Justin just passed by my side a few times not once asked if i would like to buy a pair of glasses and the other women up front too didn't try to attend us. Sadly this isn't a place that i will spend money i rather drive across town to lens crafters where CUSTOMER SERVICE is much better.
