- CSchrist s5 days ago1.0They made my sister lose her teeth by extracting the wrong one then tried to gaslight us into thinking that it’s our fault. when I asked them for the relevant paperwork and said I wasn’t leaving until I got them, because I don’t trust the office they acted like they were scared I was going to assault them and threatened to call the police on me.

As a Black person with a disability, I felt comlpletly dismissed. communication with me was extremely poor (employees claiming i had work done that was said to not have been done via the chart) the round one threatened to call the police on my brother. for speaking up for me. Disgusting experience. Defensive from the beginning. Don’t let these people play with your health. No one should have their mouth worked on by anyone in tha place.I highly recommend the nearby SAGE DENTAL, beautiful staff, good communication.

I had an infection that needed attention, and they even adjusted the schedule so I could have my scaling done that day, which I really appreciated. A special shout-out to Eduardo, who did my X-rays and scaling. He was incredibly gentle, kind, patient, and made a not so fun procedure much easier and more comfortable. And I have to mention Rowe, who was so sweet every time I called with my many questions Lol. She was always patient, kind and happy to help. I really appreciated how caring and helpful everyone was. Thank you! ❤️
- JRJacquelyn RobersonAug 4, 20262.0I went here for the very first time last year to get some dental work done, Dr Finer had scheduled to pull out a couple teeth, in the process she pulled one out that we didn't even discuss which left me with no side to chew on, what the heck? Not happy! Needless to say I've lost weight because I can't chew anything. I requested an implant not knowing that I can get a bridge implant instead of one single implant which wasn't even suggested. Thank you so much 😡
