- SLsarah levyMay 12, 20261.0This was a rheumatology appointment please keep in mind. My daughter has a disease that causes her to be in pain and entire out quickly. Very crappy I had an appointment scheduled for 1245 then they changed the time to 1145. I live an hour and a half away. I tried calling them at 11:45 because I was stuck in traffic and wouldn’t make it in time. It just kept ringing and ringing I arrived at 12:15 and apparently all of the doctors were gone nobody came around until 1230. Apparently couldn’t get us booked in, even though we drove as far as we did because then the doctor had to have lunch. We sat there and waited an additional 45 minutes for them to tell us that she couldn’t even be seen

Will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone. Maybe a class in being kind and helpful would help, it’s a children’s hospital after all.
- CGCaline St GermainJan 28, 20261.0Big mistake coming here. They never EVER answer their phone at the Boynton Beach location on Hagen Ranch. I’ve been transferred so many times I can’t even count. Getting through to front desk is IMPOSSIBLE! A million buttons only to be sent to a central appointment answering location, and they can’t even transfer you to a live person! If you need paperwork, just forget you literally have to waste time, request time off of work, get in your car, drive to the location, just to get paperwork that you need from them. Insane! All I literally need is an excuse letter from her school, that’s it! Nicholas children’s pediatric specialties at Boynton Beach on Hagen Ranch is too big of a location to be this far behind in 2026! Do better by your patients!
