Both chiropractors provide Palmer package including. This office is a provider on all insurances. Dr. Jefferey S. Hoffman been serving Palm Beach County since 1981. Dr. Jared Hoffman is a recent graduate with experience treating the athletes of Bethune Cookman University for 6 months as on of there student intern team chiropractors. This office provides care for all patients including car accidents, sports injuries, pregnant women, first responders, slip and fall, arthritis, disc herniations, headaches, sciatica and headaches. Patients achieving optimal holistic health is our goal.

- MMMike Myers4 days ago5.0Right at the top - I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone needing the help of a chiropractor. Dr. Hoffman, his entire staff and the positive atmosphere throughout the practice is the best experience I’ve ever had with any chiropractic treatments. Jared is attentive, knowledgeable and confident as he uses the latest techniques to yield fantastic results. Just as impressive is Dr. Breezy and her work with children, their parents and the regimen used to help establish happy, healthy and active kids and families. I would offer that the underlying foundation of the office is the support staff who are always happy to see patients and get things started on a high note and always with a smile. That foundation starts with the cheery “hello” I always get from Mrs. Hoffman as I enter and the always pleasant conversation we have as I’m leaving. Simply put, Hoffman Chiropractic is a family practice treating patients like family. All in all, this practice is professional, friendly, well run and well worth letting them fix what ails you. Couldn’t be happier with my results and the practice.
