Earlier in the week my session was confirmed for Christmas Eve Day, I showed up at 12:05 for my 12:30 session, the lights were off, the door was locked. I waited in my car until 12:35 for my instructor to arrive, no one was there. The studio will not refund my money for the session that I showed up for. Terrible customer service.
