- DHDave HillApr 10, 20261.0Terrible company - I do not recommend doing business with them: 1) They do not seem to be able to maintain staffing at this location 2) Front desk person has been eliminated 3) Recent appointments have been changed by them several times in a row because they did not have anyone available 4) Drove to my rescheduled appointment a few days ago to find the office was locked with a notice to contact the Austin TX office via phone. 5) Austin office were apologetic and said they would look into the staffing issue. No return call or rescheduling from them. 6) Don’t do business with dysfunctional customer service - my next hearing aids and tests will be with another organization.
