The branch initially directed me to a support number that didn’t work, and after finally reaching support, I was directed back to the YouFit center. also the interaction with the support team to be unpleasant. If calls are recorded, I would appreciate it if you could review the recordings to understand how the communication was handled. I appreciate everyone’s help, but I feel the cancellation process should be simpler and clearer. It shouldn’t take a week to complete a membership cancellation. Thank you for your help.

I was hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. One day I came in to work out and found that all the showers were out of service. Since then, I've noticed that maintenance issues seem to be a recurring problem, which is very frustrating when you're paying for a gym membership and expect the basic facilities to be available. I understand that equipment and facilities sometimes need repairs, but when these issues happen repeatedly, it shows a lack of maintenance and concern for members. You get what you pay for. I'd rather pay more for a gym that provides reliable service than save a few dollars and constantly deal with situations like this. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this gym based on my experience.
