  Very friendly , helpful staff; great location; however, equipment has not been updated or changed in years , attachments for the cables are damaged and several cardio machines are rusted . Members are constantly slamming and damaging the equipment , even though you have “ do not slam weights” signs posted . I feel it is you fit’s responsibility to address it directly with the offending member ( I never see that being done anymore) as it ruins it for those who do respect your policies and don’t put your equipment in an “ out of order” status . Your radio goes in and out a lot , that is when it’s working. Not a big deal but seems like it should be an easy fix. But as previously mentioned, front desk is very friendly and welcoming

  My husband and I have been going to this gym location for years now. The front staff is always super friendly but it’s been a couple of months that’s we’ve been seen the lack in service Bathroom Showers are not working for several weeks, Music is going on and off also and it’s still not resolved And more and more people now are slamming weights and no one care about having the equipments damaged for the other clients At first it was a really good deal but now we’re seen that problems are not being resolved …. It’s a shame since it’s the Best YouFit location in the area and it has a really good environment and amazing staff! Hope the problems are solved sooner than later

  The Boca Youfit is way too small, nobody cleans it anymore, and the new Bi-weekly payment scam is laughable. They now get 2 extra payments a year out of the members. MONTHLY billing is normal.

  I am a former elite powerlifter. This gym is not for powerlifting, however this gym is all encompassing. It has 3 power racks with platforms. It is more than ample to squat, and deadlift. A full dumbbell rack, smith machines, and machines for all body parts. I am referring to the gym in sandalfoot plaza. You are greeted as you come, and go, and the staff is friendly, and helpful. The gym is clean, and well lighted. If you cant work out here you cant work out anywhere.

  I'm really disappointed not for the location itself but for the hospitality at the front desk provided by the person that works in the mornings ( Samantha) . Juli is amaizing! Several times just for asking a question she never shows willingness to help or attended with her phone on her hands showing that it is more important that the member at the front desk asking for help. I was getting repetitive late fees and she wasn't able to help me with clarification of the invoices generations or adding the right type of account to prevent other services fee. I made a payment on site on June 03 with her that clearly went to through the wrong account. , I came the same day with the receipt on hand and she still didn't took the take to look into it cutting the conversation fast. By June 10th when I got charged when it was supposed to be paid, I came to her at the front desk and the attitude was even worst , from the moment I asked for help, clearly she wasn't willing to attend, and ended up raising the voice, interrupting me and talking with a tone as If I were literally a "dumb" person . As a manager of a coworking space I strongly understand how hospitality makes businesses success as well as the accuracy of the invoices, and again, the location is great but her hospitality ruined my entire experience that I'm not coming back to that location, I'm working on the double charge refund with info support of Youfit. And again. Hospitality is the key for the members experience.
