  WARNING:Misled at Enrollment & Charged After Cancellation Confirmation I was a loyal member at YouFit Boca Raton for over 9 months. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before signing up. When I enrolled in the Personal Training program, the sales representative told me that cancelling was simple just speak to a manager or staff member. She never mentioned a 30-day notice requirement or any fees associated with cancellation. I was handed a 4-5 page electronic contract and asked to sign within minutes, with zero explanation of the terms. When I went to cancel my personal training on June 2, 2026 due to relocating to Virginia (where there are no YouFit locations), I was told for the first time about the 30-day notice policy. The Fitness Manager said her hands were tied and escalated to the General Manager, Austin. Austin personally confirmed there were no YouFit gyms where I was moving. ,I paid my current monthly due. I asked him directly: "There won't be any further charges, right?" Based upon the gesture I understood there wouldn’t . I trusted him. On June 19, I called to follow up and a staff member again confirmed no further charges. On June 22, I was charged anyway. When I went back to dispute it, Austin said I was "misunderstanding" what he had said. When I asked for the Regional Manager's contact information to escalate, He said he is the head of the gym there were no one above him. So there is no way to contact above. I went youfit headquarters there also no regional manager or above it is just regular gym. They just simply gave youfit mail. There is no use of sanding an email to customer support. I came to this gym in good faith for 9 months. I was misled at enrollment, And cancellation. anyway I paid the amount just to save my credit. That is not a misunderstanding that is a breach of trust. I have escalated this matter formally . Proceed with caution before signing any agreement here make sure every promise made verbally is in writing before you sign. Based upon my experience I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone. Cancelling personal training or membership is impossible. Finally I would say stay away from this gym.

  Veronica Calderon is an amazing instructor. I love how she creates engaging workouts for our Silver Sneakers class. Veronica focuses on correct form to prevent injuries and incredibly motivating. I've seen such an improvement in my strength and movement. I always look forward to going to her class.

  Veronica is the best instructor I've ever had. She's creative, upbeat, always changing her routine but never making it easier. Always a challenge but so much fun and a great workout. So lucky to have found her. I loved energy and passion. She cares about each and every one of us and it shows. Thank you Veronica taking us to the next level and keeping us all on our toes.

  I have been enjoying the Silver Sneakers classes at this gym. Their instructor Veronica is incredibly upbeat and fun. She has great energy which is very motivating for me. She is also very knowledgeable and explains the importance of doing the exercises correctly. I actually look forward to her classes!

  WARNING: Unethical Practices and Forced Membership – Stay Away! I am posting this late, but it is absolutely necessary to warn others about the predatory and unethical behavior at this location, specifically by the General Manager, Austin. This incident happened around July 2025, and as an international student, I felt completely taken advantage of. Austin obtained my personal information through a third party—without my consent and without ever contacting me directly—and used it to register me for a YouFit gym membership. I had absolutely no idea a membership had even been created in my name. Furthermore, despite Austin assuring my friend that the account wouldn't be locked in if I didn't use it, the gym never canceled or paused the membership. Instead, monthly bills, past dues, and late fees just kept accumulating for months for a gym I never stepped foot in. Fast forward a few months, Austin called me demanding payment for the outstanding balance. When I rightfully told him that I never signed up for a membership and refused to pay for a service I never authorized, he escalated it by having a debt collection attorney contact me. As an international student, I was terrified of ruining my credit history or getting into legal trouble for no reason. Out of sheer panic and pressure, I went in and paid the full amount just to protect myself, despite never once using their services. What Austin did was manipulative, unauthorized, and completely unprofessional. Steer clear of this place—they care more about forcing people into predatory contracts than basic business ethics. Corporate needs to investigate this manager's sales tactics.
